Room Reservations

The Broken Arrow campus offers full-service conference and meeting facilities for student organizations, university departments and other groups not affiliated directly with NSU-BA. 

Spaces available for rent:

Visitor’s Center Gallery (VCG) – Open area located on the bottom floor of Building A
Seats: 100 – 150  

Conference Room (A170) – Classroom located at the bottom of stairs in Building A. 
Seats: 25 – 30

Large Tiered Classrooms – Located in classroom Buildings C & G
Seats:  75 – 100

Classrooms:  Located in Buildings B, C & G
Seats:  25 – 45

Computer Labs:  Internet ready, computer labs located in Buildings B, C & G
Seats: 35 – 40

To Make a Request for Room Reservation:

Step 1:  Check our calendar, below, for availability. 
NOTE:  The calendar is updated weekly.  Reservation dates and times may not be listed. 

Step 2:  Submit the Activity and Space Reservation Form to the Professional and Continuing Education Department for processing.  NOTE:  The reservation is not confirmed until you receive approval from the department.
